Hi Alain, Lilly, tutancamon, notejam, Omind and All
It was a thrill to meet so many friends inside Seamless
While working on making the Seamless3d chat links (before the party began) I was pleasantly surprised by Alain's visit on Ep's farm
Then later Isa came and met Ep
I left the chat to cook my mushrooms and soup (in the real world) and before going to sleep I sent out the mass email to everyone.
Then I awoke and met fabricator in the early hours of the morning on Ep's farm and was soon joined by peugeotfast and Isa
fab pointed out that the ' character (the apostrophe) used for the title in Ep's Farm was not working as intended for Firefox so I changed the title to Eps Farm.
I will make it later so that an apostrophe is converted to a %27 as fab suggested and make the Seamless3d server be able to convert %27 back to '
Because peugeotfast made 2 instances of him self we had 5 people in the world and we chatted for some time without a single crash

While I slept (I think I slept) the party continued on Ep's farm with Isa, Peter_Pig, notejam, and Alain:
I woke again and joined Isa (what a party girl), vnomad, Alain, Peter_Pig & notejam at Fersen's Mixed3d world.
notejam pointed out that when you join another world an instance of your avatar remains in the world you left.
I found this to be true, I guess this spaceship was only designed for a one way ticket to mars
It's not a problem if you close Seamless down before joining a new world but I will make fixing this a priority for the next version.
Sadly I found this time I exited automatically a few times in seamless (for the first time for the event) and then we all had an automatic mass exodus! This was likely caused by an avatar being added to the scene that could not be interpreted. (could be caused by an unsuccessful download or a url that is incorrect)
We also experienced some messages stating unknown Seamless3d protocol being sent to and from the sever. (aliens at work no doubt
)
Considering that parts of the spaceship are only held together with sticky tape I am surprised we got as far as we got before things started coming undone.
We could see Omind had logged into a world but he was by himself.
This would have been because of a url or title mix up.
Isa and I tried to catch him but he was gone before we got to him but it was great to see he logged into the server, this is still the most important thing
I went to sleep and when I awoke Ep told me the seamless3d server had crashed! This is something it has not done for months but considering how little it has been tested by traffic it is really to be expected.
After resetting the server I was joined by Meribastet:
which was a nice ending for the event

Sorry that X and Fersen were unable to log in, not sure yet why (but we know there is an issue that I want to resolve) but thanks for trying
