Looks good Alain
I see you have manually compensated Zoe's arms for the mismatching default poses but I still want to make it so default poses can be matched.
Was about to do this 2 days ago but ended up trying to sort out some problems with RSS and twitter instead
Hopefully today I can devote my brain to figuring out how to recalculate a default pose for an animation.
Have already done some experiments on this this morning but am left feeling a little puzzled :o
Its a frosty morning but I see the sun is shining so I will soon be able to loose my self in my thoughts while I walk around the tree of reason

Eureka! I have figured out the formula :D
I had some earlier disappointments yesterday where I thought I found the formula and had one work for a simple example but when I tried it on the mocapdata.com jump file the behavior was not the same.
But now I can change the default pose for the jump file and get exactly the same animation, yipeeeeeeeeeeeee :D

hehehe Alain :D

I did try working on this problem around the tree of reason yesterday but we had some nasty cold winter winds and by the time I came up with the formula it was just a short time ago, about 4 am in the night of despair

Because it is easier to change the default pose for a model using blue parts, I thought why not make it so seamless can export an Anim bar as a BVH file and then the BVH file can be re-imported back as white parts with a new set of lathes which would keep the animation files compact, so I have now added an export Anim to BVH feature.
I am glad to have added this feature because seamless can now export animations to a wider range of 3d platforms including SecondLife.
However I realized just to recreate the lathes it would be easy to simply add a feature that lets the user create a new set of lathes from the pivot points utilizing much of the code I have just written for the BVH export. This would bypass the need to export and import just to recalculate the lathes, so I have now also added to seamless a "create lathes from pivot points" feature.

Then I tried to export in Flash and I got a 431 ko file !
