It was clean up and remapped (especially the shoulders and upper arms) before animating.
It uses HanimSite nodes for the sword and pistol - as this allows them to be inlined and of course easily changed at will. They are not part of the skin. Seamless does not create HanimSite nodes - but it is easy to make the changes. I will explain what I did if anyone is interested.
