Hey, Albert is back! (Credit to Thyme for original version [Source: Techue Island news, 01/06/2001])

Albert is finally working again after 20 years, so I made a high-poly version.

I'll just make it low-poly for use in Seamless Chat (if I can even get it running), in which I will hopefully be there on Saturday (at any time from 9 AM to 7 PM).

Anyways, I hope this made your day better.

Thanks Evan, you did a very good job bringing Albert back to life shiny and new Happy Yes your interest in my Techuelife characters makes me very nostalgic and happy Happy Albert and the hoppies began in the 90s when I was working on a 2d game. I animated them first with hand drawn images and then began using povray to generate the sprites which was my introduction to ray traced animations.
I like how you did the eyes. Yes I should have high resolution images of Techuelife Island in the gallery, however I feel people visiting my site will want to see my original creations before seeing variations made by other artists but your welcome to upload your take on them to your website and post about them here.

kind regards

I was surprised that you were mentioning that you were making a 2D game using what soon became 3D characters. I have no idea if any screenshots/concept art of the game exist.

Also I get an error message (Took too long to respond) when trying to open the "Open Worlds" page, and I have no idea why it happens or how I can fix that.

You don't need to open this page in an html browser to log in so just try logging in with seamless3d (must be the DirectX version) as shown in the chat tutorial. If you still get no response you may need to set your firewall to allow seamless3d access to the internet. I found I had to allow the server but the client (seamless3d modeller) did not need anything changed but you may have a different level of security set for all your applications.

Opps, I just noticed the seamless3d server was not set to public network like I thought it was so this might explain what the problem is so please try again.

After a friend told me he too can not access my server, I can now see I don't have an IP address set for public access. It has been a few years since I last had the server running open to the public so I need to brush up on a few things, will get back to you sorry

Also I'm at the other side of the world as of right now.
